GEMBHAM Retreat Recommendation Letter Form

GEMBHAM Retreat is free of charge for qualified girls ages 13-17 from the Greater Birmingham Area. Our program is designed to help these girls acquire the mental, social, and emotional tools that will help them succeed in life in whatever path they choose. Our ideal participant has ambition and potential in some area, although it may not be academic. Please help us find the best candidates for our annual retreat program.

In order to qualify, an applicant needs to provide a recommendation letter from a teacher, pastor, or other person outside of the family who works with her on a regular basis. This form must be submitted before May 15th online to: contact@gembham.com.

This recommendation letter will not be shared with the applicant. It will be used in conjunction with her application in our selection process. Your honest opinion is important to the success of our program.
